Individuals: Our hope is that you are pleased with your order from Parlor Press. Damaged or wrong titles may be returned by individuals for credit or refund within 30 days of delivery. When returning titles, please send a copy of your invoice or packing slip and indicate on an accompanying note 1) your reasons for returning the title(s) and 2) whether you want a replacement, Parlor Press credit, or a refund. Retailers and Wholesalers: Unsold titles may be returned by retailers and wholesalers for full credit within 6 months of the date of the original invoice. Books must be in resalable condition for full credit. Credit cannot be given for books that cannot be resold. Permission is unnecessary with invoice and prepaid return.
